As a distributor of parts, we may not carry every item in our inventory at the time. In the event that we do not have your item on hand, we will have it shipped from the manufacturer.
We will notify you if anything will be on back order and provide you with an updated status of your order.
We will ship it out as soon as we receive the product and use the shipping preference you provide during checkout.
Certainly you can understand that in order to provide you with the competitive prices that we offer, we cannot afford to keep every item in storage.
